光譜(pu)輻出(chu)度M(λ·T)是某一種材(cai)料(liao)在某一溫(wen)度T時(shi)在λ波長附近發射輻射的(de)(de)能量。不(bu)同材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)物體(ti)光譜(pu)輻出(chu)度的(de)(de)規(gui)律或曲(qu)線是不(bu)同的(de)(de)。
油墨干燥用紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)燈常見(jian)的有(you)(you)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是真(zhen)空石(shi)(shi)英(ying)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內充氣體(ti),燈管(guan)(guan)(guan)中軸線(xian)有(you)(you)電(dian)熱絲稱作真(zhen)空石(shi)(shi)英(ying)燈;另一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是,非(fei)封閉石(shi)(shi)英(ying)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中軸線(xian)有(you)(you)電(dian)熱絲,稱為石(shi)(shi)英(ying)電(dian)熱管(guan)(guan)(guan);還有(you)(you)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是陶(tao)瓷管(guan)(guan)(guan),有(you)(you)紅(hong)色和(he)藍色,陶(tao)瓷管(guan)(guan)(guan)內壁(bi)繞有(you)(you)電(dian)阻絲,外(wai)壁(bi)涂半(ban)導體(ti)材料(liao),稱為陶(tao)瓷電(dian)熱管(guan)(guan)(guan)。
這些燈(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)都能發(fa)射(she)(she)紅(hong)外線(xian),當(dang)給這三(san)種(zhong)燈(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)輸入(ru)同樣大小的電功率(lv)時,觀(guan)察到(dao)它們輻射(she)(she)出(chu)光(guang)的顏色不(bu)(bu)同。當(dang)用它們分(fen)別加熱(re)同樣的油(you)墨時,發(fa)現油(you)墨干燥效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)也不(bu)(bu)相同。這是因為這三(san)種(zhong)燈(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)發(fa)射(she)(she)輻射(she)(she)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)不(bu)(bu)同其輻射(she)(she)光(guang)譜也不(bu)(bu)同,真空(kong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)發(fa)光(guang)是燈(deng)絲材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)和燈(deng)內充的氣(qi)體(ti)共(gong)同發(fa)光(guang)的結果(guo)(guo),燈(deng)內充不(bu)(bu)同的物(wu)質發(fa)光(guang)光(guang)譜是不(bu)(bu)同的。真空(kong)石英燈(deng)內充滿惰性氣(qi)體(ti),電熱(re)絲不(bu)(bu)易老(lao)化因此(ci)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)較(jiao)長、發(fa)光(guang)效(xiao)率(lv)髙(gao),壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)在(zai)5000h以上;非封閉石英管(guan)(guan)(guan)內是空(kong)氣(qi),電熱(re)絲易老(lao)化因此(ci)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)較(jiao)短、發(fa)光(guang)效(xiao)率(lv)低(di),壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)為2000h左(zuo)右(you);而陶瓷燈(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表面是半(ban)導體(ti)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao),發(fa)射(she)(she)可見(jian)光(guang)少而紅(hong)外線(xian)很豐富(fu)且(qie)燈(deng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)較(jiao)長,但半(ban)導體(ti)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)涂(tu)布(bu)工藝要求高(gao)否則容(rong)易脫落。
從上述分析可(ke)知,通過改變發射體材料就(jiu)可(ke)獲得(de)不同(tong)的(de)(de)波長輻(fu)射輸出。可(ke)以(yi)根據油墨吸收輻(fu)射特性,選擇不同(tong)的(de)(de)發光材料將燈管加熱到(dao)某一(yi)適當的(de)(de)溫度,就(jiu)得(de)到(dao)所需光譜。
